Who is eligible?

  • Applicants in default on previous MEIE obligations or under bankruptcy protection.

  • Professional fees.

  • RSRI administrative management fees.

Processing and Agreement

  • A financing agreement is signed with the RSRI, the beneficiary, and the partners.
  • The project then starts, followed by monitoring and impact analysis.
