Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Council and recommendations are made to the Chief Administrative Officer and the Community Development Assistant.
- Applications are selected based on compatibility with the Township’s and partners’ visions and goals, and their impact on the Commercial Districts.
- If approved, the applicant receives written notice by letter.
- Funding is paid after completion, inspection, and submission of completion documents and invoices.

- Funding is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only one signage application is allowed per registered property owner per fiscal year.
- The Municipality may impose additional terms and conditions on the funding.
