- A loan agreement is required to be signed between the parties for loan funding.
- A loan amortization repayment table must be established for loan funding.

- The Township has officially launched the incentive programs for the private sector.
- The Community Improvement Plan has two intakes annually: first quarter and third quarter.
- The second intake occurs only if funding remains available after the first.
