Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Private sector applicants.

Eligible expenses

  • Development and installation costs relating to works of public art.

Eligible geographic areas

  • CIP project areas in the Township’s four settlement areas: Baysville, Dorset, Dwight and Hillside.

How to apply

  • Review Program Details.
  • Schedule a Pre-Consultation Meeting with staff.
  • Gather Supporting Documentation, including plans, photos, and quotes.
  • Fill out the Online Form.

Processing and Agreement

  • A loan agreement must be signed between the parties for loan funding, with a loan amortization repayment table established.

Additional information

  • Applications are open July 1 – September 30, 2026 for the second intake.
  • The Community Improvement Plan Private Sector Incentive Program has two intakes annually: the first quarter (January to March) and the third quarter (July to September).
  • The second intake only occurs if funding remains available after the first.
  • An additional and separate Art in Public Spaces Application must be completed for each piece of art being considered, following the Township's Art in Public Spaces Policy.
