How to apply

  • Step 1: Preparation of the application
    • Consult the program details on the City of Ottawa's website.
    • Gather the necessary documents, including the list of board members, a lease or proof of property ownership of the premises, recent financial statements, three quotes for any expense over $3000, and the budget to be completed in the application.
    • Obtain, if applicable, written consent from the landlord for projects in rented premises.
  • Step 2: Submission of the application online
    • Complete the application form on the City of Ottawa's website.
    • Upload all required documents in the online form.
    • Submit the application online before the application deadline.
