Overview

The Community Funding – Capital Funding program supports capital improvements to City-owned, agency-owned, or long-term leased properties held by eligible Ottawa non-profit organizations and registered charities on a cost-sharing basis. The program aims to enhance social infrastructure by financing facility upgrades that improve community services, though the maximum funding amount is not specified.

  • The organization must operate in a non-discriminatory manner, be governed by a democratically elected Board of Directors, and be in good standing with the City of Ottawa.

  • Expenses for project components that have supporting quotes exceeding $3,000.
