Who is not eligible
- For-profit businesses (the program targets community organizations; Component 3 specifies eligible applicants must be non-profit organizations).
- Organizations not legally constituted in Québec (e.g., not incorporated under Québec’s Companies Act (Part 3) or Canada Corporations Act (Part 2), or without a head office in Québec / not carrying out most activities in Québec).
- Applicants whose project can be funded by another existing government financial assistance program (Component 4 requires an innovative project that cannot be supported by any other government funding program).
- Projects that are not one-time/short-term (Component 4 projects must be time-limited, with a maximum duration of one year).
