  • External expertise and consulting fees
  • Salaries and social charges for staff and partners
  • Travel, accommodation, supplies, equipment, rentals, and operating costs
  • Administration and management costs
  • Intellectual property, depreciation, and non-recoverable GST/QST

  • Costs not directly linked to the project
  • Cost overruns requested as additional funding
  • Land acquisition and building purchase, construction, or expansion
  • Expenses involving certain non-eligible subcontractors
  • Non-recoverable GST/QST is eligible; recoverable GST/QST is not
