  • Staff wages and related employer contributions for time spent on the project.
  • Advertising, communications, and promotional costs.
  • Rental of rooms, machinery, materials, or equipment.
  • Travel and accommodation costs within public service rates.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Costs not directly related to the project.
  • Cost overruns.
  • Construction, renovation, or purchase of buildings or land.
  • Normal maintenance, electronic or computer equipment, software, and licences.
  • Meals, operating deficits, debt service, taxes, and expenses tied to excluded cannabis activities.
