- Project-related staff salaries and related social charges
- Event planning, site management, data acquisition, logistics, and regular operating costs
- Materials, equipment, and web content development
- Travel, stay, administration, awards, prizes, and rewards related to judging
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs not directly linked to the project
- Cost overruns and operating deficits
- Construction, renovation, land, building purchases, and normal equipment maintenance
- Electronic or computer equipment, software, licenses, and self-propelled equipment usable for other purposes
- Meals, debt service, taxes, and expenses paid to non-compliant subcontractors

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a MAPAQ representative after submission.
- Only complete and eligible applications are analyzed.
- Selection is based on consistency with program objectives, technical and financial feasibility, and budget realism.

- The final payment depends on acceptance of deliverables and supporting documents.
