- Total cap of $315,000 per applicant for the duration of the program.
- Additional flat-rate financial bonus of $10,000 per year for applicants hosting the provincial final of the Association des jeunes ruraux du Québec.

Eligibility criteria of the Agricultural and Sector Show Support Program – Stream 1.2 program
- The applicant must be an agricultural exhibition selected by the Association des expositions agricoles du Québec to present a provincial livestock judging final.
- The project must focus on the planning, organization, and holding of one or more provincial livestock judging finals.
- The project must be part of the implementation of a business plan.
- The project must provide financial support to breeders participating in the provincial finals.

- Agricultural exhibitions selected by the Association des expositions agricoles du Québec for the presentation of provincial animal judging finals
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for contractors involved in the project.
- Proportionate salaries and associated benefits for staff directly dedicated to the project.
- Costs related to planning, organization, and execution of the event.
- Site management expenses.
- Advertising, promotion, and communication expenses.
- Data acquisition costs.
- Purchase, design, production, or adaptation of materials and equipment for the event.
- Milk analysis and transport expenses.
- Travel and accommodation costs for contractors, within public sector limits.
- Administration expenses up to 10% of the granted financial aid.
- Logistics expenses.
- Prizes, awards, and scholarships for provincial animal judging finals, representing at least 30% of the annual financial aid granted.

- Verify that rewards and prizes represent at least 30% of the annual financial aid awarded
- Ensure administration fees do not exceed 10% of financial support

Calculate financial assistance request
- Calculate the financial assistance required based on up to 70% of eligible expenses
- Ensure the request does not exceed $95,000 per applicant per financial year or $315,000 for the program duration
- If applicable, claim an additional $10,000 per year for hosting the Association des jeunes ruraux du Québec provincial finals

Additional information
