The Canadian Radiological Foundation serves as a national funder for radiology research and education in Canada. As the only Canadian non-profit focused exclusively on advancing radiology, CRF works in partnership with the Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) and the Canadian Heads of Academic Radiology (CHAR) to identify, fund, and promote research that shapes the future of medical imaging in Canada.

In 2024, CRF awarded 13 grants and disbursed $37,800 in funding.
