Provides up to $10,000 to support Toronto initiatives that build leadership and mentorship opportunities for children and youth. Funding supports programs that develop transferable leadership skills such as decision-making, teamwork, goal setting, time management, and community involvement.

Selection criteria
- For the Community Impact Award: how clearly the charity explains the impact of an additional $40,000 on the organization, existing programming, and the community through new and innovative programming.

- Applicants may also apply for the Community Impact Award (CIA) for additional funding.
- The CIA will be awarded to one exceptional charity.
- Successful applicants are anticipated to be awarded by April 28.
