Who is eligible?
- First-year students entering a public Canadian college or university
- Students in full-time diploma or degree programs
- Students in Transportation, Logistics, Business, Technology, Human Resources, or Communications
Who is not eligible
- Students who are not Canadian residents
- Students older than 20 as of January 1 of the academic year
- Students not entering first year from secondary school
- Students without a parent working in the Canadian trucking industry

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission by the OTA Education Foundation Selection Committee
- Only scholarship winners are notified
- If selected, the recipient’s Social Insurance Number must be provided before funds are released
- Funds are sent to the post-secondary institution and credited to the student account

- Only scholarship winners will be notified.
- Preference is given to students in Transportation, Logistics, Business, Technology, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Applicants may use one official transcript for multiple OTA Education Foundation scholarship applications.
