- Expenses assumed by an internal partner and administrative costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Production losses, scrap, or other losses caused by project activities
- Commitments and expenses incurred before the expense eligibility date
- Taxes, duties, land purchases, and costs to prepare the application
- Non-necessary or unjustifiable expenses, including directors’ or managers’ salaries, representation expenses, and loan interest
- Trade shows, conferences, missions, and exhibitions outside Quebec unless directly related to the project, and any other expense not directly associated with the project

How to apply
- Fill out and submit the declaration of interest.
- Wait for Technoclimat to analyze the declaration of interest and confirm whether an official application may be submitted.
- Submit the completed, signed and dated financial assistance application form.
- Include the project plan, CVs of the people and organizations participating in the project activities, and the participant’s financial statements for the last two years, if applicable.
Processing and Agreement
- After the declaration of interest is analyzed, Technoclimat will indicate whether the official financial aid application may be submitted.
- Expenses are checked during the project for each payment request, and requested supporting documents must be returned within 7 days.
- If supporting documents or information are missing, the declared expense is removed from eligible expenses.
- When the granted aid exceeds 250,000$, the final payment request must include an independent auditor’s report.
- Supporting documents must be kept for 2 years after the end date of the agreement.
