Eligibility
- The concerned building must be located in the Montreal agglomeration.
- The building must be occupied by specific economic activities such as manufacturing, value-added logistics, computer systems design, or research and development.
- For new buildings, it is necessary to obtain one of the recognized sustainable development certifications (LEED, BREEAM, HQE, Passive House, Living Building Challenge, Zero Carbon Building) or comply with the standards of the Building Code for timber-framed buildings.
- For existing buildings, the project must obtain BOMA BEST certification or meet one of the conditions required for new buildings.
