  • Consultants and other qualified professionals
  • Honoraria, hospitality, participant costs, materials and supplies
  • Travel costs and data collection
  • Knowledge and development activities
  • Salaries, wages, benefits, and evaluation costs

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Core, existing, or ongoing organizational activities
  • Research activities outside the CFP objectives
  • Fundraising costs
  • Capital costs, land or building purchases, and motor vehicles
  • Alcohol, illegal substances, gifts, and recognition payments
