Who is eligible?
- Indigenous bands, tribal councils, and self-governing First Nations
- Indigenous organizations and agencies in urban areas
- Non-profit non-governmental organizations

- Businesses without Indigenous partnership or support, when proposing a jointly led project
- Organizations unable to demonstrate adequate Indigenous involvement for the work proposed
- Projects based on capital purchases such as land, buildings, or vehicles

- Honoraria and culturally appropriate costs
- Travel, accommodation, meals, childcare, and dependent care
- Rental or leasing of meeting and conference facilities
- Contracted services, operating costs, training, evaluations, translation, and audit costs
