- Route all applications through the secure SOD@ccès portal.
- Create your user profile if you are a new user, or enter your access codes.
- Select program number 70-25-04-01 for this stream.
- Complete the main form and upload the required documents in SOD@ccès.
- Prepare the documentation to upload before filing the application, in an accepted digital format.
Processing and Agreement
- Only complete and compliant applications are analyzed.
- Incomplete applications received by the deadline are declared inadmissible and must be resubmitted.
- If additional information or an update is requested, the applicant has 5 working days to respond.
- If the application is retained, the required closing documents must be provided for payment of the final portion of the subsidy.
