- Current RTRI recipients may also be eligible for liquidity support

Selection criteria
- Regional development agencies assess applications based on program criteria, demonstrated need, and the business’s proposed response to tariff impacts.

- Submit using the submit button in the PDF, or download the form and email it with your attachments to operations@cannor.gc.ca.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications may be shared with other government departments as appropriate, including Employment and Social Development Canada, the Business Development Bank of Canada and other Regional Development Agencies.
- Recipients will be required to report on employment and payroll levels during and after the project period.
- If approved, payments may be reduced, discontinued, and/or subject to repayment if the terms of the contribution agreement are not met.

- Applications may be shared with other government departments as appropriate, including Employment and Social Development Canada, the Business Development Bank of Canada and other Regional Development Agencies.
- The Government of Canada may modify the guidelines at any time without notice and may waive certain requirements on an exceptional basis.
