Eligibility
Who is eligible?
- For-profit incorporated businesses located and active in British Columbia.
- Businesses that have generated annual revenue of at least 1 million dollars in one or both of the last two fiscal years.
- Businesses negatively affected by tariffs.
- Current IRRT recipients who may also be eligible for liquidity support starting from 22 August 2026, without duplicate funding.
Who is not eligible
- Non-profit organizations seeking liquidity support for their own operating expenses.
- Businesses that cannot demonstrate direct or indirect exposure to tariffs.

How to apply

- Submit an application through the application portal.
- In the portal, select the appropriate organization and program stream.
- If you are applying for liquidity support, submit all required supporting documents.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed as they are received, with priority given to businesses seeking liquidity support to address immediate tariff-related impacts.
- Applications may be shared with other federal departments and institutions, as needed.
- If the application is accepted, recipients carry out the project activities and then submit claims for reimbursement of eligible costs.
- PacifiCan processes a complete reimbursement claim package in 15 business days.
- Reimbursement claims may be submitted quarterly.
