Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a small or medium-sized business (SMB), a self-employed individual, or a rental property owner.
  • The applicant must be seeking assistance related to tax structuring, recordkeeping, or understanding tax obligations and credits.
  • Participation is open to new and existing SMBs, self-employed individuals, and rental property owners.

How to apply

Appointment request (self-employed workers)

  • Send a secure email to the address provided for self-employed workers to receive support regarding income tax returns and business expenses.
  • Use the other secure address if the support is related to taxes or withholdings.

Request for Appointment (SME)

  • Send a secure email to the designated address for SMEs for assistance regarding withholding taxes, taxes, or corporate tax.
  • It is also possible to contact customer service for an appointment.

Participation in virtual meetings

Visit the Events page on Facebook to sign up for virtual group meetings.

  • The program is entirely voluntary and confidential; no information collected is used for audit purposes.
  • Services and presentations are offered at no cost to participants.
  • Meetings can take place by videoconference, in person, or by phone, providing flexibility of format.
