The visible content now shows supporting Retrofit program documents instead of the greenhouse energy-efficiency checklist, including an Incentive Invoice Checklist Guide for final and advance payment, a New Prescriptive Measure Submission Form, and Project Measurement and Verification Procedures. The invoice guide says invoices must be uploaded to the Retrofit portal, not sent by mail or email, and notes that payment is typically received eight to twelve weeks after the invoice is accepted and the application is approved for payment. The measurement and verification procedures now shown apply to Large Custom Projects with estimated Participant Incentives greater than $120,000, while Large Projects are described as having estimated Participant Incentives greater than $15,000 and equal to or less than $120,000.
