- Companies under bankruptcy or creditor protection
- Companies listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees, technical staff, consultants, and reporting costs
- Travel, overhead, salaries, and benefits linked to the project
- Land and trail development, equipment, furniture, and vehicle acquisition or rental to improve the visitor experience
- Quality control of construction work
- Net taxes, unforeseen contingency reserve, and required project works
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs not directly related to the project
- Acquisition of a business and its infrastructure
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, and capital losses
- Routine maintenance, internal management, financing fees, and lobbyist fees
- Costs committed before the application date, except project development fees

- Applicants must first validate project eligibility with Tourisme Gaspésie.
- A meeting with the business support coordinator is required before applying.
