Eligible expenses
- Professional, technical, consulting, and reporting fees linked to the project
- Travel costs, general expenses, salaries, and employee benefits for staff dedicated to the project
- Land, trail development, and enhancement costs
- Purchase, rental, and installation of equipment and furniture
- Vehicle rental or acquisition that improves the visitor experience through sustainable mobility
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Project costs not directly tied to the project delivery
- Acquisition of a business and its infrastructure
- Motor vehicle purchases not dedicated to the visitor experience
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, and capital losses
- Costs incurred before the application is filed, except project development fees
