- Companies registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees, technical support, consulting, and reporting fees
- Travel, overhead, salaries, and benefits for staff dedicated to the project
- Costs for land, trail development, equipment, furniture, and vehicle rental or acquisition for mobility
- Quality control of the work site, net taxes, and a contingency reserve up to 10% of project value
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects not aligned with the program’s sustainable development objectives
- Manufacturing projects, gambling projects, and alcohol sales or consumption projects
- Business acquisition, working capital, debt service, operating losses, and cost overruns
- Expenses incurred before the application is submitted
- Goods or services normally provided by the applicant, donations, in-kind contributions, and reimbursable taxes
