- Festivals that received only General Admission-level funding, unless otherwise advised by Telefilm.

- Salaries, professional fees, and direct expenses tied to the funded festival or market.
- Prorated core business costs directly linked to the funded activity.

- Costs not directly tied to the funded festival or market.
- Emergency or working capital expenses.
- Costs already covered by another entity or program.

- Telefilm may reduce funding after reviewing final cost reports.
