    • Access and fill out the online application form to initiate the funding request process.
  • Step 3: Gather Required Documentation
    • Prepare up-to-date financial statements for analysis by NexDev.
    • Obtain a certified project analysis report from the relevant partner (e.g., DigiFab, Investissement Québec) if applicable.
    • Provide a void cheque from the company's bank account.
    • Compile proof of payment for invoices related to eligible project costs.
  • Step 4: Submission of Application
    • Submit the completed application form along with all required supporting documents to NexDev via their designated process (typically online or as instructed by NexDev advisors).
  • Step 5: Application Review
    • Your application and documents are reviewed by NexDev business advisors and may be submitted for approval by the Joint Investment Committee (CIC).
  • Step 6: Approval and Notification
    • Receive notification regarding the outcome of your application.
