Eligibility
- The applicant must be an industrial company, a non-profit organization (NPO), or a social economy enterprise operating in related industrial services (such as distribution, wholesale, or warehousing).
- The business must be located and operating within the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
- The project must involve the acquisition of digital or production equipment, or aim to enhance productivity or accelerate digital transformation.

- Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form
- Access and fill out the online application form to initiate the funding request process.
- Step 3: Gather Required Documentation
- Prepare up-to-date financial statements for analysis by NexDev.
- Obtain a certified project analysis report from the relevant partner (e.g., DigiFab, Investissement Québec) if applicable.
- Provide a void cheque from the company's bank account.
- Compile proof of payment for invoices related to eligible project costs.
- Step 4: Submission of Application
- Submit the completed application form along with all required supporting documents to NexDev via their designated process (typically online or as instructed by NexDev advisors).
- Step 5: Application Review
- Your application and documents are reviewed by NexDev business advisors and may be submitted for approval by the Joint Investment Committee (CIC).
- Step 6: Approval and Notification
- Receive notification regarding the outcome of your application.
Additional information
- NexDev reserves the right to revise the fund's eligibility rules annually, based on the volume of funds granted.
- Grant applications are reviewed and evaluated by the Joint Investment Committee (CIC).
- The fund will remain available until resources are exhausted.
- NexDev may use the applicant's business name for promotional purposes related to the fund and its outcomes.
