• Businesses not located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
• Businesses that are not industrial companies, NPOs, or social economy enterprises in industry-related services

Eligible expenses

• Equipment purchases that improve productivity
• Necessary leasehold improvements for eligible equipment
• Software purchases or software rental for the first two years
• Professional fees for software implementation, training, or custom automation engineering
• Feasibility studies or option analyses

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Equipment that does not improve productivity or digital practices
• Internal human resources costs
• Rolling stock
• Furniture
• Working capital

  • Select the relevant stream for your project.
• Step 3: Submit the application
  • Send the completed form and supporting documents through NexDev's online process.
• Step 4: Await review and decision
  • NexDev reviews eligibility and assesses the application.
  • The CIC evaluates the request before a funding decision is made.

• Applications are reviewed by NexDev business advisors to determine eligibility
• The Joint Investment Committee (CIC) evaluates the applications
• Funding is granted after the required documents are received
• NexDev may revise the program conditions if partnership offers change

• NexDev reserves the right to revise eligibility rules annually based on the volume of funds granted.
• The fund is available until resources are exhausted; there is no reserved allocation by targeted sector.
• The Investment Committee (CIC) is responsible for evaluating applications.
• NexDev may use your company name for promotional purposes related to the fund.
