- The applicant must be an industrial company, a non-profit organization (NPO), or a social economy enterprise operating in industry-related services (such as distribution, wholesale, or warehousing).
- The company or organization must be operational and located within the territory of the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
- The project must involve activities or acquisitions that enhance productivity or facilitate digital transformation (e.g., digital equipment or production tools).
- The applicant must provide up-to-date financial statements, a completed application form, and other requested supporting documents.
- The applicant must accept the use of its company name by NexDev for fund promotion or the showcasing of results.
