Processing and Agreement
- If you report crop damage, an adjuster may contact you for more information or to schedule an inspection.
- Do not abandon, destroy, replant, harvest, or use damaged acreage for another purpose without Agricorp's consent.
- After harvest, an Agricorp adjuster will contact you to collect your yield and may measure crop in storage or request sales information to verify it.
- If the issue review process does not resolve the concern, you can appeal through the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal; the Tribunal's decisions are binding.
