Eligibility

Who is eligible?

Women entrepreneurs and business professionals in Prince Edward Island, at various stages of their careers and businesses, can apply to PEIBWA's programs and support. This includes start-up entrepreneurs, established business owners, mid-career professionals, rural entrepreneurs, newcomers launching businesses, and students.

Who is not eligible

Some types of companies may not be eligible for this grant:
  • Non-profit organizations
  • Government entities
  • Companies outside of Prince Edward Island

Eligible expenses

The following activities are part of PEIBWA's initiatives to support women entrepreneurs and professionals in Prince Edward Island. These efforts are designed to enhance business growth, skill development, and community networking among women in various stages of their professional journeys.
  • Providing workshops aimed at developing business knowledge and skills.
