Processing and Agreement
- Client intake form is reviewed to determine whether the application can proceed.
- Eligible and complete applications are reviewed internally for eligibility, completeness, and financial compliance.
- Applications are then reviewed by external subject matter experts and assessed by OCI’s Internal Review Panel.
- Applicants are notified of the funding decision within four to six weeks.
- Approved applicants must sign OCI’s funding agreement before the project is activated.
