Eligible expenses

How to apply

  • Step 1: Register or log in to TPON and open the application portal
    • Use the Province of Ontario’s Transfer Payment Ontario portal.
    • Review contact information and ensure an authorized representative is identified.
  • Step 2: Complete the application and gather supporting documents
    • Fill out the MHIP-HSWS application form.
    • Upload the required supporting documents through TPON.
  • Step 3: Submit the application online
    • Submit the completed form and documents through TPON by the deadline.
    • Scanned forms are not accepted.
  • Step 4: Receive confirmation and wait for review
    • An automated acknowledgement and file number are emailed to the primary applicant.
    • Applications are then assessed and evaluated by the Province.
  • Step 5: Approval and agreement
    • If approved, the Province issues a project-specific Transfer Payment Agreement for signature.

  • Projects are assessed and evaluated based on the information submitted.
  • Approved projects require a Transfer Payment Agreement with the Province.
