- Maximum financial assistance amounts to $7,000 for enterprises in the manufacturing, agri-food, and tertiary sectors. If more than one eligible promoter is involved, funding can reach up to $14,000.
- For commercial, cultural, recreational-tourism, and service enterprises, the maximum financial aid is $5,000, which can increase to $10,000 if multiple eligible promoters are involved in the same project.
- Combined financial aid from Quebec, Canada, and MRC governments cannot exceed 50% of the eligible expenses per project, except in social economy enterprise projects, where aid can reach up to 80%.
- Any non-repayable financial aid from Quebec and Canada governments or other government-funded organizations is counted at full value.
- A partnership agreement with the MRC, lasting 24 months, is required for all authorized business projects.
- A portion of the grant may be recalled if the entrepreneur does not adhere to the agreed terms, calculated based on the formula: (granted subsidy) x (24 - months since grant disbursement) / 24 months.
