Eligibility

- Applicants must have no prior unmet commitments related to a previous grant from the ministry.
- The applicant must not be on the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- The owner must not be in violation of any provision of the cultural heritage law.
- The property owner must not be in default of tax payments.
- The maximum grant amount must not have been received previously for the duration of the current agreement.
