- Loan amount is $5,000 per promoter, with a maximum of $10,000 per business.
- Interest-free loan.

- A 35-month moratorium on principal repayment from the date of the first disbursement.
- Repayment in two annual installments after the moratorium period ends; the first payment is 50% of the outstanding loan balance, due three years after the first disbursement, with the final payment one year later.
