Eligibility

  • Tenants cannot submit an application for financial assistance

Eligible expenses

  • Purchase and installation of an ENERGY STAR certified heat pump
  • Windows and sliding glass doors
  • Main wall, roof, and foundation wall insulation upgrades
  • Electronic thermostats, LED lighting products, heat recovery systems, and ENERGY STAR clothes washers

How to apply

  • Verify your eligibility and gather the required documents.
  • Go to the LogisVert portal at www.logisvert.ca/connexion and create your profile for your first application.
  • Select Office d'habitation on the portal home page and choose the measure you want to apply for.
  • Complete all required fields, including the full building address and the number of exterior units installed.
  • Attach the supporting documents and submit your application.

Processing and Agreement

  • Hydro-Québec reviews the application and may contact the applicant for more information.
  • For the heat pump pilot, the office must allow required documents to be provided or a guided visit of the installation site for verification.
  • If the application is approved, the financial assistance cheque is mailed.
  • For the heat pump pilot, the office must repay assistance if the project does not meet the program conditions.
  • For the heat pump pilot, payment is made within 45 days after receipt of the application if the supporting documents are compliant.

  • Hydro-Québec does not do telephone or door-to-door solicitation for the LogisVert Program.
  • The LogisVert web portal is only available in French.
