Financing terms and conditions
- Non-repayable contribution between $5,000 and $15,000, covering up to 40% of total project costs.
- Additional financial assistance of up to $10,000 may be granted by the Ville de Laval's Collective Entrepreneurship Fund for the same project.
- The combined total contribution from both funds cannot exceed 80% of the total project cost.

Eligibility
- The company must qualify as a social economy enterprise as defined by Quebec's Social Economy Act.
- The company’s head office and project activities must be located or planned to be located in Laval.
- The company must be duly registered with the Quebec Business Registry (Registre des entreprises du Québec).
- The company must demonstrate financial need.
- The company must show good prospects for viability and profitability.

- Social economy enterprises as defined by the Loi sur l’économie sociale du Québec
Who is not eligible
- Companies that do not qualify as social economy enterprises under Quebec's Social Economy Act.
- Businesses not domiciled or primarily operating in Laval.
- Companies not registered with the Quebec Enterprise Register.
- Projects seeking operational expenses (these costs are not covered).
