How to apply

  • Step 1: Contact IION before applying
    • Discuss your project and confirm it qualifies.
    • Use the provided contact person to request guidance.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Describe the company growth project and planned activities.
    • Identify the eligible cost categories to be used.
  • Step 3: Submit before the monthly deadline
    • Send the application before the last working day of the month.
    • Submit early to allow review comments or revisions.
  • Step 4: Complete the project and claim
    • Carry out the approved work within the required timeframe.
    • Submit final invoices and proof of payment for reimbursement.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed on a monthly competitive basis.
  • The last working day of each month is the submission deadline.
  • Approved projects are reimbursed after final invoices and proof of payment are submitted.
  • Project completion and claim submission must be completed within 6 months or by the program deadline.
