Thunder Bay HAF scope and guidance expanded
The About the HAF content now includes a full HAF Initiatives section showing the City of Thunder Bay’s $20.7 million allocation across eight initiatives, including new descriptions for the Affordable Housing Incentive, ADU support, vacant commercial redevelopment, core areas CIP, infrastructure planning, industrial land conversion, and an Archaeological Management Plan. The Affordable Housing Programs page also now presents an Affordable Housing Navigator for non-profit housing developers, community organizations, advocacy groups, developers, neighbouring First Nations, and urban Indigenous organizations, with a new contact email at buildtbay@thunderbay.ca; the Build Thunder Bay page also now sends the Book an Appointment item to a planning/building appointment page.
