How to apply
- Step 1: Pre-application meeting
- Meet with Township staff to confirm eligibility, scope of work, and timing.
- Step 2: Application submission
- Complete the application form.
- Ensure all required signatures are included.
- Submit the application with the required supporting documents.
- Step 3: Review and approval
- Staff review the application and may request more information or inspect the property.
- If approved, sign the Grant Agreement with the Township.
- Step 4: Work completion and payment
- Complete the approved work and provide paid invoices and before-and-after photos.
- Township staff review the final submission and issue the grant cheque if approved.
Processing and Agreement
- Application and supporting documents are reviewed by Township staff.
- Staff may request clarification or additional information.
- A site visit or inspection may be conducted before approval.
- If approved, a Grant Agreement is signed and returned to the applicant.
- After completion, staff inspect the work and review paid invoices and before-and-after photos before issuing payment.

- The Township may audit project costs before payment is issued.
