- Use the assessment to identify recommended devices, if applying for retrofit funding.
- Step 3: Prepare the application package
- Complete the online application form in the portal.
- Upload required documents and supporting information.
- Include the attestation and device purchase and installation table, if applicable.
- Step 4: Submit online
- Submit the complete application through the portal.
- Keep the confirmation message for your records.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are checked for completeness and eligibility.
- Incomplete applications are automatically rejected and closed.
- Eligible applications undergo a due diligence review.
- Applicants are notified by email of the funding decision.
- Successful applicants must sign a grant agreement before payment.
- A test payment is made and must be confirmed before the full grant is processed.
- Payment is issued within 30 days after the signed agreement is received.
