General Admission Festivals timeline updated
The General Admission Festivals Program now shows Closing on: Oct 27, 2026 and Status: Upcoming, and the intake windows shown on the page changed from May 5, 2026 to May 2, 2026 for the first period and from October 27, 2026 to October 31, 2026 for the second period. The page also still lists Activity date as festivals taking place starting on or after October 1, 2026 and continues to direct applicants to Dialogue, while the linked application and reporting documents were refreshed to May 2026 files. The visible program framing and who-can-apply content are less prominent in the updated layout, but the underlying applicant type and activity scope still point to Canadian organizations and small and/or emerging Canadian film festivals. Contact details remain available, though the contact section is now presented in a table format.
