  • Businesses or organizations that have ceased operations or are bankrupt at the time of application.
  • Businesses that move outside the designated territory after the applicable order is adopted.
  • Businesses located in a shopping center with access to another public road.
  • Businesses or organizations listed in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts.

  • Loss of gross profit directly attributable to major infrastructure works causing a significant decrease in business activity.
