How to apply
- Review the Application Guidelines.
- Complete and sign the Application form – Official Languages Support Programs for the Cooperation with the Non-Governmental Sector subcomponent, select the subcomponent from the drop-down list, date it, and attach all required supporting documents.
- Submit the complete application package by email to dglo-olsp@pch.gc.ca.
- If there is an application deadline, the email must be sent no later than 4 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the deadline date.

- Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility.
- Proposals are evaluated against program criteria and available funding.
- The department sends an acknowledgement of receipt within two weeks.
- Funding decisions are final.
- A funding agreement applies for contributions, and reports may be required.
