- Applicants not in good standing with Creative BC

- Per diem, accommodation, registration fees, return airfare, and ground transportation
- Design and printing of marketing materials
- Limited overhead costs

- Expenses without receipts
- Complimentary registration or travel provided by event organizers

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed in order of receipt
- Creative BC decides whether activities are eligible
- Approved applicants receive payment after the Final Report is submitted
- Failure to submit the Final Report may result in forfeiture of funds

- Eligible events include pre-approved market events listed by Creative BC.
- Applications may include attendance at events retroactive to April 1, 2024.
