Get access to courses and workshops to learn how to engage with your LGBT+ employees, business opportunities or customers.

Activities funded

The CGLCC Training program provides workshops aimed at enhancing 2S2SLGBTQI+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace. These sessions are designed to educate employees and management on fostering an inclusive environment, using appropriate terminology, and creating supportive policies.
  • Workforce Session: A 90-minute session focused on starting conversations about 2S2SLGBTQI+ diversity and inclusion with the broader workforce, including discussions on terminology, gender diversity, pronouns, and allyship.
  • Management Session: A 90-minute session tailored for management, providing an overview of relevant language, gender diversity, workplace experiences of 2S2SLGBTQI+ individuals, and policies to enhance inclusion.

  • Facilitating management sessions aimed at supporting leadership in implementing inclusive policies and practices.
  • Conducting discussions about gender diversity and the use of inclusive pronouns.
  • Providing training on allyship principles for the broader workforce.
  • Offering strategies for management to begin or enhance diversity and inclusion journeys.
