Eligible expenses

  • Travel, salaries, honoraria, materials and supplies
  • Project space, translation, training, publicity, and snacks or meals for project activities
  • Administrative costs such as oversight, office space, telephones, IT maintenance, accounting, and eligible audit costs

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • General operating costs not related to the project
  • Capital costs such as land, buildings, or vehicles
  • Salaries and benefits for board or governance members
  • Costs incurred before a funding decision
  • Direct services or activities outside the scope of a promising practice

  • Applications were reviewed after submission and decisions were communicated by email
  • Only eligible applications were assessed against program criteria
