Overview
The TD Business Accelerator Loan Program (BALP), supported by a BDC guarantee, provides loans of up to $500,000 to help Canadian businesses manage operating cash flow. Funding must be used exclusively for day-to-day operating cash flow needs tied to revenue from the sale of goods or services.

- The applicant must be a Canadian business that has been in continuous operations for at least 12 months.
- The business must have annual gross revenue under $10 million CAD in the year of application.

- The loan must be used exclusively to fund the business’s operating cash flow needs (day-to-day operations).
- The applicant must meet additional eligibility requirements and conditions set by TD/BDC.
