Latest change: The Book Publishing Production Grant materials now show revised applicant guidance, assessor tips, and updated assessment criteria, including new evidence options and clarified funding limits.
Book Publishing Grant content updated
The Book Publishing Production Grant materials now show updated process guidance and assessment rules. The assessment criteria add bank statements as acceptable evidence for the May 20, 2026 net sales criterion, and the guidelines now emphasize assessor tips on defining the project, strategy, evidence, and review. The guidelines also clarify key program rules, including a 50% funding cap and a $40,000 per-fiscal maximum across the Book Publishers’ Stream and the Author-Funded Stream. The visible page content also tightens the applicant guidance by removing the older step-by-step prep checklist and replacing it with shorter application instructions and assessor-focused advice.
