Latest change: Business claim pages now say the ASFCP for businesses ended on June 4, 2026, with new accounts and claims closed and the portal limited to existing claims.
ASFCP business claims now closed
Several ASFCP business pages were updated to reflect that the program for businesses has ended as of June 4, 2026. They now say businesses can no longer create new accounts or submit claims, while the web portal remains available only to view existing accounts, messages, inventory, and claims; one page also adds scheduled maintenance for July 6, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EDT. The collection and disposal instructions were also revised: the claim deadline is now stated in the past tense, and the process pages now focus on next steps, payment of claims within 45 business days after required firearm validations, and closed-intake status rather than new submissions. Funding terms are mostly unchanged, but the business lower-receiver compensation floor is now shown as $485, up from $480.
